Interim policy — pending review and final approval by RealTIRR's legal counsel. This document describes RealTIRR's intended practice and must not be relied upon as final legal terms.

Acceptance

By accessing RealTIRR you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

RealTIRR may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users before they take effect.

Nothing here is an offer

Information published on the public site, including opportunity pages, is provided for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any entity.

Any offering is made solely through its final offering documents, to eligible investors, in jurisdictions where the offering is permitted.

Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

RealTIRR may suspend or restrict an account where compliance obligations require it, including where identity verification or screening cannot be completed.

Projections and content

Projected returns, IRR, exit values and scores are modelled estimates produced by RealTIRR's analytical systems. They are not guarantees and may prove materially inaccurate.

You may not scrape, resell or redistribute RealTIRR's analytical output without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RealTIRR is not liable for investment losses, indirect losses, or losses arising from reliance on modelled projections.
