What personal data RealTIRR collects, why, and how it is protected.

Interim policy — pending review and final approval by RealTIRR's legal counsel. This document describes RealTIRR's intended practice and must not be relied upon as final legal terms.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, and authentication records.

Compliance data: identity documents, date of birth, residence and citizenship, address, tax identification information, and the results of sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening.

Investment data: commitments, allocations, payment status, distributions and documents.

Technical data: device and session information, and product analytics events. Analytics never carry identity-document contents, tax identifiers, or other sensitive compliance values.

Why we process it

To operate accounts, to satisfy anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations, to administer investments and distributions, to secure the platform, and to communicate with you about your holdings.

Sharing

Compliance data may be shared with identity verification and screening providers, and with regulators, auditors and counsel where legally required. Compliance data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention and your rights

Compliance records are retained for the period required by applicable regulation, which typically extends beyond account closure.

Subject to those obligations you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
