What is the RealTIRR Score?
In short
A composite assessment — and why it always ships with a confidence figure.
The RealTIRR Score is a 0–100 composite across ten investment dimensions. It expresses how the model assesses an asset relative to RealTIRR's underwriting standards, not relative to some universal quality scale.
It is always presented alongside the Confidence Score, which measures how complete and reliable the underlying data is. A 92 with a confidence of 60 means the model likes what it can see, and cannot see enough.
Every score decomposes into its dimensions, and every dimension carries a short written explanation. A score with no explanation is not decision-useful.
